Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn is an American actress from America. Her most well-known role was Skyler in the AMC's Breaking Bad drama, and was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award Outstanding Supporting Female Actress in Drama Series 2013 and 2014. Her other roles include Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and was awed by acting while attending the Preparatory School. In the late 70's, she and her family moved to Ohio. Theatre studies were at Northwestern University. A semester was taken in the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the theatre in the Chicago area for a few years, before attempting her luck in TV and films. Anna was selected to portray Arden in the TV show Down the Shore in the 29-episode series Down the Shore. In addition, she was on Seinfeld and NYPD Blue. Then it was not until the end of the 1990s that she took on an acting role on The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler appeared as Martha Bullock in Breaking Bad (2008). Sully was also one of her characters. Gunn was a part of David Schwimmer's Sex With Strangers, a production that was directed by David Schwimmer. Gunn also appeared in the four-part podcast audio drama The Numbered Days series, which launched in 2022. Breaking Bad often revolves around Walter White and Skyler's relationship. The strains and eventual ending mirrors the last years that were the life of Walter White.
